All V. Valentine Designs products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Hello@Vvalentinedesigns.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
